Terms of electronic services

§1. Definitions
Provider — Cloudsintegrator spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, KRS 0000728196, tax ID NIP 6342927996, REGON 369988971, seated in Katowice, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 12/1, 40-001 Katowice, Poland.
Site — the website at cloudsintegrator.com.
User — a person using the Site.
Services — electronic services consisting of access to content, the contact form and meeting bookings.
§2. General provisions
These Terms govern electronic services provided by the Provider in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.
§3. Types and scope of services
- Access to informational content on the Site
- A contact form for submitting inquiries
- Booking consultation meetings via the Microsoft Bookings calendar
- Subscription to commercial information (only with explicit consent)
§4. Technical requirements
Using the Site requires: a device with Internet access; a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled (selected functions); an active email address.
§5. Formation and termination
The electronic services agreement is formed when the User begins to use the Site and ends when the User stops using it.
§6. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by email to hello@cloudsintegrator.com. The Provider responds within 14 days of receipt.
§7. Liability
The Provider takes due care to keep the Site's content current and substantively correct but is not liable for decisions made solely on its basis. Specific engagements are governed by a separate agreement.
§8. Intellectual property
Content on the Site, including texts, graphics, logos and code, is protected by copyright and belongs to the Provider or its licensors. Commercial use requires written consent.
§9. Personal data protection
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
§10. Prohibition of unlawful content
The User shall not deliver any unlawful content to the Site, including content that violates personal rights, copyright or law.
§11. Amendments
The Provider may amend these Terms. Changes will be announced on the Site. They take effect upon publication.
§12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's seat.
